Follow this step by step process:-
1. Go to setting -> touch setting icon.
2. In setting -> select about phone
3. In About phone -> select Model/Build number-> tap 7 times. In my case build number option available.
4. After tap 7 times on build number developer option will be visible.
5. Click OK on USB debugging.
6. After follow above steps, your phone converted to developer mode.
Note: It is one time setup.
